University of New South Wales RTP Scholarship from the Australian Government for 2023

The University of New South Wales in Australia is happy to announce its international research scholarships through the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) offered to exceptional and qualified international students who wish to enroll in a research training program at the university.

The Australian Government is providing funding for this scholarship, which is accessible for 3.5 years for a PhD and 2 years for a research master’s program.

Criteria for Eligibility | RTP at UNSW for Australian Government Research
the following criteria must be met before applying to a Higher Research Degree Program at UNSW:

Generally, applicants must fulfill the minimal standards for admission and scholarship applications.

English requirements: All applicants, local or foreign, must produce documentation demonstrating that they are at least proficient in the English language as defined by UNSW.

Funding source: All applicants, domestic and foreign, must complete the GTE & Financial Declaration Form and, if necessary, provide proof of your ability to pay for all living expenses, fees, and other related expenditures.

Resources and supervision: You must decide whether you need to speak with a supervisor or complete an EOI. Prior to applying, you must receive approval from a possible employer or school.

International students will receive an annual scholarship grant of $28,597 (at the rate of 2021);
